Not enmity with anyone, want to be friends with everyone: Prime Minister

Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said, we want to be friendly with everyone, not enmity with anyone. We believe in that principle.


He said these things while attending the 75th anniversary celebration of East Bengal Regiment at Chittagong Cantonment on Thursday morning.


Sheikh Hasina said, the armed forces are working to increase the image of the country in the outside world. In this continuation, the Bangladesh army stands by the people devastated by the earthquake in Turkey.


He said, the government is working on the modernization of the armed forces. At the same time, it is working on the principle of friendship with everyone, not enmity with anyone. However, the army will not sit back if attacked by external enemies. will strongly resist.


He urged all the army members to fulfill their duties while maintaining professionalism.

Expressing his confidence in dealing with the crisis caused by the Russian-Ukraine war, the head of government said that this effort to rebuild the economy will continue. The government has taken a policy of zero tolerance against terrorism.
