No Service Disruption, Says Transcorp Hilton Abuja After Emergency Water Maintenance

Transcorp Hilton Abuja has clarified reports concerning a recent disruption in water supply at the facility, assuring guests and stakeholders that normal service has since been fully restored.

In a statement issued on Friday, the hotel management confirmed that the disruption lasted for one day and was caused by emergency maintenance works carried out by the Federal Capital Territory Water Board, which began on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.

According to the statement, the hotel swiftly activated contingency measures to ensure continued water availability, thereby maintaining guest comfort and uninterrupted services throughout the brief maintenance period.

The management also refuted what it described as false and misleading reports circulating on social media, clarifying that water supply was fully restored on Wednesday, April 15, 2026.

It added that since the restoration, the hotel has maintained a steady and uninterrupted water supply and continues to operate at full capacity across all its facilities.

The hotel expressed appreciation to its guests and stakeholders for their understanding and support, reiterating its commitment to delivering high standards of hospitality and exceptional guest experience.

The statement was signed by the General Manager, Martin Zarybnicky.
