NNL to train 40 coaches ahead of new season

The Nigeria National League board has concluded plans for a training programme for all the coaches in the division.

The Chairman of the NNL, George Aluo made the announcement during a courtesy visit to the National Institute for Sports in Lagos.

Mr Aluo said the training is aimed at upgrading the knowledge of all the 40 coaches in order to boost the standard of the league.

The NIS boss Professor Olawale Moronkola assured to provide the best expertise to make the training a success.

He also pledged the support of the institution for the league ahead of the upcoming season.

The 2023-24 season is expected to kick off in September.
