NITDA, Results for Development Explore Collaboration on Digital Policy, Agriculture, and Energy

The Director General of the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), Kashifu Inuwa, has welcomed a delegation from the Results for Development Institute, led by Senior Program Director & Innovation Practice Lead, Mr. Thomas Feeny, to the agency’s corporate headquarters.

The visit focused on exploring potential collaborations in policy development and supporting government initiatives in the agriculture and energy sectors.

During the meeting, Inuwa underscored the importance of human capital development and strengthening digital infrastructure to boost digital literacy. He emphasized that digital skills are a key driver of economic growth and national development, aligning with NITDA’s mission to leverage technology for sustainable progress.

The discussions signal a step toward fostering partnerships that could enhance Nigeria’s digital ecosystem while advancing strategic initiatives in critical sectors.
