At the grand finale of the five-day “Workshop of the Future” in Jigawa State, NITDA DG Kashifu Inuwa delivered a keynote address on the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Agriculture, Health, Education, Energy, and Climate Change. The workshop, organized by Futuremap Foundation and partners, highlighted design thinking and digital transformation as solutions to critical challenges.
Inuwa announced a fellowship program to nurture young talents in creating local digital solutions, reducing reliance on foreign expertise. This initiative supports President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, focused on industrialization, digitization, and innovation for national development.
