NDA to conduct range for 71 Army cadets, advises close residents not to panic

The Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), says it will conduct a Range for Army Cadets of 71 Regular Course at Mando, Tsamiya, Kauyd and Afaka general area.

This was disclosed in a statement on Monday, by the Academy’s Public Relations Officer, Major Mohammed Maidawa

The statement further said the exercise is scheduled to hold between January 9- 2 February 2024 at NDA Open Range Afaka.

The statement assured residents of Mando, Tsamiya, Kauyd and Afaka and other residential areas not to panic on hearing the sound of moving objects.

It assured the general public, especially habitants of the area that all necessary safety measures had been put in place for the successful conduct of the exercise.

The statement further advised the general public to avoid trespassing in the general area throughout the period of the exercise.
