Nasarawa United, Remo Stars matchday nine fixture postponed

The Nigeria Premier Football League matchday nine encounters between Nasarawa United and Remo Stars have been postponed.

An official of Remo Stars told newsmen that the Interim Management Committee (IMC) postponed the game due to both teams’ hectic travelling schedule in recent weeks.

The game was originally billed to take place at the New Jos Stadium on Sunday.

“We are just getting to know now that our game against Nasarawa United has been postponed to Monday,” revealed the source.

“We don’t know why but we think it was because of fatigue on the player’s side.

“We were originally billed to play them on Sunday before the postponement.

Remo Stars occupy the fifth position on the Group A table with 14 points while Nasarawa United sit in the last position with four points.
