Nasarawa Amazons players get cash reward for win against Naija Ratels

Nasarawa Amazons players have been rewarded with N600,000 for beating Naija Ratels in their Nigeria Women’s Football League matchday one encounter.

The Nasarawa State Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Jafaru Ango; Permanent Secretary, Isaac Danladi; and Football Association Chairman doled out the cash to the players.

Nasarawa Amazons won the game 3-1 at the Aguyi Ronsi Mini Stadium, Abuja on Wednesday.

Ayatsea Hambafan got a brace, while Ojiyovwi Kesiena was also on target for the visitors.

Nora Davis got the consolation goal for the host in the game.

Nasarawa Amazons will host Heartland Queens next in the NWFL.
