Gov. Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State has approved the dissolution of all the state 20 local government caretaker committees.
This is contained in a statement by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Mr Ibrahim Kashim on Tuesday in Bauchi.
โThe Chairmen of the Local Government Caretaker Committees are therefore, directed to hand over the affairs of the Local Governments to their respective Heads of Administration pending the appointment of substantive Caretaker Committees.
โThe Government wishes all the dissolved Local Government Caretaker Committee members success in their future endeavors,โ he said.
