Let’s join hands, build brighter future – President Tinubu appeals

President Bola Tinubu has appealed to Nigerians to join hands and build a brighter future for the current generation and the ones yet to come.

Tinubu made this appeal during his nationwide live broadcast on Sunday in Abuja in response to the protest embarked upon by Nigerians against hardship and bad governance.

Recall that Nigerians across the federation started the protest on August 1.

Tinubu charged Nigerians to choose hope over fear and unity over division.

According to him, the nation’s economy is recovering, urging citizens not to truncate it.

“Let us work together to build a brighter future for ourselves and for generations to come. Let us choose hope over fear, unity over division, and progress over stagnation.

“The economy is recovering; Please, don’t shut out its oxygen. Now that we have been enjoying democratic governance for 25 years, do not let the enemies of democracy use you to promote an unconstitutional agenda that will set us back on our democratic journey,” Tinubu said.
