Kwara Speaker celebrates Dep. Gov. at 60

The Speaker, Kwara House of Assembly, Yakubu Danladi-Salihu has congratulated the State Deputy Governor, Mr Kayode Alabi on his 60th birthday.

The speaker made the greetings in a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Sheu Abdulkadir Yusuf on Tuesday in Ilorin.

“Attaining 60 years with sound health, is indeed a great blessing from God, this is why I am joining family and friends to congratulate His Excellency, Mr. Kayode Alabi, on this great feat attained.

“I am pleased to be associated with Your Excellency and all that you have achieved as the number two citizen of our dear state and deputy to our working governor, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq,” he said.

Danladi-Salihu noted that a lot had been learnt from the celebrant’s loyalty and leadership qualities, such as dedication, commitment, and selfless service to the people of Kwara.

He said the deputy governor had been a dependable and trusted ally of his principal, AbdulRazaq, in the administrative business of the state, whose work had been remarkable.

“On behalf of my humble self, Kwara house of assembly, which is the 10th Legislature, I wish you more glorious and greater years ahead,” the speaker prayed.
