Kwara Assembly loses majority leader, Olawoyin Magaji

The majority leader of the Kwara State House of Assembly, Hon. Olawoyin Magaji is dead.

Aged 57, Olawoyin reportedly died after a brief illness.

The late leader of the Assembly represented Ilorin Central Constituency on the ticket of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, and had ambition for a second term in the 2023 general elections.

Spokesman of the Speaker of the House, Mr Funsho could not be reached as of the time of this report on Monday morning.
