Kwairanga blames fatigue for Gombe United’s defeat to Rangers

Gombe United head coach Alhaji Kwairanga has blamed fatigue for his team’s defeat to Rangers.

Kwairanga revealed that the team arrived Enugu late for their matchday 18 fixture.

Recalled that the Savannah Scorpions also arrived on the same day for their matchday 10 fixture against Kwara United in Ilorin.

“We lost to fatigue. we arrived Enugu on the same day of the game, so, we lost due to fatigue,” he stated in a post-match interview.

Gombe United currently occupy 14th position on the table.

Mohammed Babaganaru’s side will trade tackles with Bayelsa United in a week 19 fixture at the Pantami Stadium.
