Kogi State Hajj Commission officials inspects, take possession of Kogi contingents space at Arafat and Muna

The officials of the Kogi state Hajj Commission on Sunday inspected and take possession of Kogi contingent space at Arafat and Muna for the 2024 Hajj performance in the holy Land.

Pilgrims had arrived Makka Monday last week for the Ummrah and are now preparing to embark on hajj proper to Muna and Arafat.

The team was led by the Amirul Hajj, Justice Siyaka MomohJimoh Usman and the Executive Chairman, Sheikh Luqman Imam Abdullahi, together with the field office no 6, who conducted then round and also allocated the space to the state officials.

According to Kogi State Hajj officials in Saudi Arabia, Kogi State is among the first states to take physical possession of space at Arafat and Muna due to the proactiveness of the state officials.

They added that the stage is now set for pilgrims enlightenment for the performance of Hajj proper.
