Kogi Poly Rector Celebrates Auditor General For Local Government On His Birthday Anniversary

The Rector of the Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, Prof. Salisu Ogbo Usman, on behalf of the Management, Staff and Students of the institution has felicitated with the Kogi State Auditor General for Local Government, Yakubu Siyaka Adabenege, on the auspicious occasion of his birthday celebration.

In a statement by Uredo Omale,
Director, Public Relations and Protocol of the Polytechnic,
Prof. Usman describes Adabenege as an inspiration to many, saying he has always displayed a strong character of a detribalised personality.

He further describes him as someone who chooses merit over tribal or religious affinity.

He appreciates the celebrant for his invaluable contributions to the development and advancement of Kogi State, particularly as a close ally to Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo.

“We celebrate you today for your worthy and immense contributions to the emergence of the new Kogi State and for your selfless service to humanity.

“Your unwavering commitment to the development of our state and your unrelenting support for education are an inspiration to us all.

“The Polytechnic community is grateful for your guidance and support which have been instrumental in shaping the Institution’s growth and progress,”he said.

“The Rector prayed God Almighty in His infinite mercy to continue to grant Honourable Adabenege the needed wisdom, knowledge, understanding and good health.
