Kogi HOS, Evinemi greets workers at Easter

The Kogi state Head of Service, Mr Elijah Evinemi has felicitated with workers on the occasion of the 2024 Easter Celebrations

Mr. Evinemi in a statement saluted the hard work and selflessness of the state workers despite the daunting challenges facing the workforce in the state and the country in general.

He urged the workers to imbibe the lessons of the festivities by rededicating themselves to serving the state in whatever capacity they find themselves.

The Head of Service said that the present administration of Governor Usman Ododo is desirous of rewarding the civil servants through prompt payment of salary and other benefits.

Mr Evinemi who noted that the government is working hard to implement programmes and policies that will ease the hardship of workers, stressed that only committed and dedicated workers in the state will benefit from such programmes
