Kogi HoS, Evinemi felicitates with the Muslim faithful on Eid Kabir

The Kogi State Head of Civil Service, Mr Elijah Evinemi, recognizing the significance of Eid Kabir in the Muslim community, has felicitated with Muslims on this auspicious occasion.

 Mr Evinemi congratulatory message is in a statement made available to newsmen in Lokoja.

“Eid Mubarak to all Muslim brothers and sisters in Kogi State and beyond. May this auspicious occasion of Eid-al-Adha bring us peace, joy, and spiritual renewal.”

Mr Evinemi also admonished Muslims to remember the values of selflessness, compassion, and generosity that are at the heart of the Islamic faith.

“Let us strive to build a just, equitable, and peaceful society where all citizens can thrive and reach their full potential.”

The Head of Service, Mr Evinemi, in his message, emphasized the role of the entire workforce of the State in upholding the values of selflessness and obedience to constituted authority, urging them to rededicate themselves to their duties at all times.

Mr Evinemi expressed his deep gratitude to the state Governor, Alhaji Usman Ododo, for providing an enabling environment for workers in the State. He promised that the workers would reciprocate the gesture by ensuring the success of all government programmes and policies.

Mr Evinemi prayed to God to grant the state peace and give the Governor the wisdom and good health to carry out the onerous task of administering the State.
