Kogi Assembly Screens, Confirms Adabenege, Abdulraheem, others, as Chairman, Commissioners in the State LG Service Commission

The Kogi State House of Assembly on Wednesday screened and confirmed Adams Adabenege, Hon. Salami Abdulraheem , Suleiman Babadoko and three others as the Chairman and Commissioners nominated by the State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo to the State Local Government Service Commission.

The confirmation followed the scrutiny that took place on the floor of the House in Lokoja on Wednesday.

They all restated their commitment to serving the commission diligently.

Speaking shortly after their screen, the chairman, Adams Adabenege restated his commitment to the welfare of staff under the supervision of the Commission.

Also speaking, Comrade Salami Abdulraheem, promised to work closely with the chairman and other Commissioners to ensure better welfare condition for the staffers across the 21 LGAs.

He thanked the Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo for the confidence reposed in them and promised to continue to support all the programmes of the administration, towards the wellbeing of the people of the state.
