Joel Obi moves to Serie B club, Reginna 

Nigeria midfielder, Joel Obi has joined Serie B club, Reginna 1914 on a free transfer.

Obi penned a two-year contract with the Gli Amaranto.

The attacking midfielder was formerly in the books of another Italian club, Salernitana.

The former Inter Milan player will be presented to the media and fans on Thursday (today).

It’s the second time Obi will be playing in Serie B following his previous stint with Chievo Verona.

Obi, who was a product of Inter Milan academy has also played for other clubs in Italy including Torino and Parma.

The player had a brief stint at Turkish Super Lig club, Alanyaspor during the second half of the 2018/19 season.

He was part of Nigeria’s team to the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
