Intending pilgrims from kogi to report at the Abuja Hajj camp on Sunday 4th 2023

The Kogi state Hajj commission has directed all intending pilgrims for the 2023 hajj exercise, from the state, to report at the FCT hajj camp located around the Nnamdi Azikiwe international Airport, Abuja, on Sunday 4th June, 2023 by 12 noon prompt in preparation for their onward journey to the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In a statement signed by Zakari Ette Usman on behalf of the Executive chairman of the commission also advised intending pilgrims against carrying multiple luggage except the 8kg bag given to them.

The statement also warned pilgrims against carrying illegal substance like; Kola nut, hard drugs, sharp objects ropes and liquid substance.

In addition, pilgrims are to be in their uniform given to them by the commission.

The state added that all pilgrims that did not submit their Covid-19 Card to the commission should carry same along with them to the camp.

The statement strongly advised all pilgrims to handle their luggage and money with utmost care as any loss of property will be at the owner’s risk.

The statement advised non pilgrims to stay away from the camp.
