I love Mbappe – Pochettino speaks on signing PSG forward for Chelsea

Chelsea manager, Mauricio Pochettino has claimed he is not trying to bring Kylian Mbappe to the club.

Pochettino worked with the 24-year-old during his 18-month spell at the Parc des Princes.

Mbappe has now been put up for sale by the Ligue 1 champions after refusing to extend his current contract from June 2024.

Pochettino was asked during a press conference if he would like to work with Mbappe again.

He replied: “From our side, I have nothing to say. We are working with our reality. And our reality is different.

“I hope PSG and Kylian find a solution for both sides. I love PSG. I was there as a player and coach. I love Kylian.”
