The 2023 Presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, AAC, Omoyele Sowore, has revealed that he consults herbalists to verify information and not search engines like Google.
He disclosed this while featuring in a recent episode of ‘The Curiosity Made Me Ask’ show hosted by content creator Bae U Barbie.
Bae U: “Do you think this is fair? You are leading protest with people that don’t have dual citizenship like you do; people that cannot run away to another country if something goes wrong like you can.”
Sowore: “Dual citizenship means that I am a citizen of another country and Nigeria. You need new research on people on your show just like I need new campaign managers. Do you know why? I don’t have dual citizenship. I’m Nigerian by birth and that’s the only passport I have. But you didn’t do your research.”
Bae U: “I actually know that you have only Nigerian citizenship but people don’t know. Check Google, it says there that you have a dual citizenship.”
Sowore: “Why are you using Google? Even I don’t use Google. I use herbalists for serious matters. You saw me in Abuja with a herbalist in court. So let’s go back to our culture. What they call Google now, is what Yorubas call Orunmila. It will tell you better things than Google.”
