Chelsea manager, Graham Potter has said there will be some awkward conversations as he tries to build a squad following their massive spending spree in January.
Potter now has players has nearly £300million worth of January signings at his disposal.
The former Brighton manager has admitted he didn’t get involved in the “nitty gritty” of the eight new players.
Although Potter is not complaining about the talent available to him, he knows it would be a challenge to blend them into a unit.
“We have a lot of good players, we need healthy competition but there will be frustration at times, that’s how it is.
“There will be a few awkward questions and conversations because only 11 can play and you can only have a certain amount in your match-day squad,” Potter told a news conference.
