Group to Faleke; your decision to opt out of Kogi Guber race has left your supporters despondent, frustrated

—Says he must be interested in emerges in the next dispensation

A Pressure group, kogi Advocacy Group For Good Governance (KAGGG), has said that the decision of Hon. James Faleke to opt out of the governorship race in kogi state
have left most of his supporters despondent because “we saw you as our Moses but you declined”.

In a statement by the Secretary of the group,Moses Joshua on Monday, said even though they all have to respect the decision of Hon. Faleke, though in bewilderment and pains, it noted that those Patriots and his other ardent supporters so much believe in him due to his competence, character and experience.

The group was apparently reacting to the statement “Kogi Guber Race: Why I Declined To Participate by Faleke” therefore advised that he do not leave the masses in the lurch to suffer another 8years of misrule.

They, therefore, seek for his adequate involvement in the choice of who takes over the reign of power in the state in the next dispensation to avoid further calamities befalling the masses.

The statement; “We have read severally from different social platforms the reason you adduced why you declined to participate in the governorship election in the state.

“The Kogi Eders Forum who pooled resources together to obtain nomination form for you to contest, did so, not for their personal, individual interest, but based on the plight of the masses in Kogi State to come for a rescue mission.

“We all have to respect your decision, though in bewilderment and pains, because those Patriots and your other ardent supporters so much believe in you due to your competence, character and experience.

“You are very much aware of the agonies in the hearts of the masses due to the imperialistic style of governance in the state, similar to what the Isrealites suffered under Heroid, the Egyptian King.

“Your decision to opt out
Believe it Sir, you have left most of your supporters despondent because we saw you as our “Moses” but you declined.

“The joyful mood in the shallow minds of some few gullible ones as a result of your opting out for National assignment, is a loud testimony that you are the most dreaded in the opposing camp, and obviously, the most competent for the job.

“Moreso, this generation didn’t see what the Kogi Elders Forum saw in you by choosing to support your candidacy, because these Patriots stand for equity and good conscience, and it’s our sincere prayer that when posterity beacons, they will understand.

“As it is now, it is our candid advice you do not leave the masses in the lurch to suffer another 8years of misrule.

“We, therefore, seek for your adequate involvement in the choice of who takes over the reign of power in the next dispensation to avoid further calamities befalling the masses.
