Anambra State Governor, Professor Charles Soludo, has proudly described his state as the best across the Southeast region and Nigeria following its remarkable achievements at the National Primary Healthcare Leadership Challenge.
In a post on his X (formerly Twitter) page, the governor shared the exciting news that Anambra won two prestigious awards: Best State in the Southeast Zone and Overall Best State in Nigeria.
“We have emerged as the best in the Southeast zone and the overall best in Nigeria! This is a testament to our collective efforts in prioritizing the health and well-being of our people,” Soludo stated.
The awards came with a $1.2 million prize, which Governor Soludo assured would be reinvested to further improve the state’s healthcare system.
Reiterating his administration’s commitment, Soludo said: “As your governor, I remain committed to our vision of creating a livable, clean, and prosperous Anambra.
“We will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that our state remains a beacon of hope and development in Nigeria.”
The governor credited the awards to the hard work and collaboration between the government and the people of Anambra State in driving healthcare transformation.
