Global Peace Movement International mourns Captain Victor Egonu

Global Peace Movement International, UK has mourned one of the finest pilot and the immediate past Director flight operation with Air Peace, Captain Victor Egonu.

President General of the group, Dr. Mike Uyi in a statement on Tuesday said the death of Captain Egonu has robbed the Air Peace of one of its visionary and most remarkable pilot of modern times.

He said the Late Egonu was a visionary and compassionate professional, who used the spheres of his influence as a respected pilot and a lover of the aviation industry to advance the progress of staff under him encouraging and motivating them to give their best in their vocation and to the nation. The statement further stated.

According to Uyi, “While his demise understandably leaves a huge void to fill, he urges those from different walks of life to honour the eternal memory of the deceased by imbibing the virtues he cherished so much: generosity, peace, tolerance and devotion to professionalism.

Dr Uyi also extended his heartfelt condolences to the Chairman/CEO of Air Peace Chief Allen Onyema, the management of the airline and the family of Captain Victor Egonu and to find inspiration from Egonu’s legacy, particularly his example of decency and always looking out for the best in others”.
