Ex-Chelsea star convincing Havertz to dump Stamford Bridge for Emirates

Italian midfielder Jorginho is trying to convince his former Chelsea teammate Kai Havertz to join Arsenal this summer.

According to Football Transfers, the Italian has been telling the German to dump Stamford Bridge and move to the Emirates.

Multiple reports in Europe suggest that Arsenal is pushing hard to add Havertz to their payroll this summer to bolster their attack.

Jorginho left Chelsea in a shocking move to north London in the winter transfer window after spending two and a half seasons playing alongside Havertz at Stamford Bridge.

Jorginho and Havertz were part of the Blues side that won the Champions League under Thomas Tuchel in 2021.

They built a strong friendship during their time together at Stamford Bridge, and the German attacker was stunned when Jorginho was sold in January.

The 30-year-old joined Arsenal for £12 million, and Chelsea are demanding £70 million for Havertz after spending £75 million on him in 2020.
