Eschew blind criticism, support Nigerian Military to end insurgency, bandity, other crimes in Nigeria – GPMI

Nigerians must depart from blaming and blind criticism and move on to provide the military with necessary institutional and moral support to tackle insecurity.

This advice was given by the President General, Global Peace Movement International, UK, Dr. Mike Uyi in London on Monday.

Uyi said it’s time Nigerians stand their ground to stamp out all manner of terrorism to bring Nigeria to it’s past glory.

“Nigerians should unite and support patriots in the Nigeria Armed Force as he declares war on criminal elements stirring the calm water of the country”.

Uyi noted that it is uncharitable for some Nigerians to only notice one side of our military without acknowledgement of their successes.

“We must continue to support our Armed forces. We shouldn’t weaken their morale. They have shown strong determination to stabilize and strengthen the unity of the country.

“GPMI has translated a clarion call on the need for Nigerians to support the Nigerian Military in the fight against all kinds of insecurity in the country and will be distributing not less than 50 million copies across the six geographic zones in Nigeria before the end of September, 2022”

“We must also commend the synergy which the Chief of Defence Staff, Gen LEO Irabor has instilled. No doubt, it is beginning to yield positive results.
