Ekiti govt begins identification of ‘project affected persons’

Enumeration of owners of farmlands and other physical structures that would be affected by the proposed construction of 12 roads across Ekiti State under the Rural Access and Agricultural
Marketing Project (RAAMP) has commenced.

According to a statement signed by the State Project Coordinator, Hon. Sunday Adunmo, the exercise would be carried out from Thursday, 16th November through Tuesday, 21st November, 2023.

Adunmo stated that the cooperation of the Project Affected Persons and other stakeholders would ease proper identification of assets that would be affected by the proposed construction – particularly cash crops and physical structures.

“I have the pleasure to inform you that the construction of rural roads in your community under the Ekiti State Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP) will commence soon.
