Ejuke arrives Germany for Hertha Berlin medical

Super Eagles winger Chidera Ejuke has arrived in Germany to undergo a medical examination ahead of his loan move to Bundesliga side, Hertha Berlin.

Ejuke has agreed to join the capital club from Russian outfit, CSKA Moscow, according to the German publication, Kicker.

The transfer was, however, delayed because he was stuck in Moscow due to a visa issue.

Hertha Berlin has already agreed on the loan deal with no option to buy.

The Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) has ruled that foreign footballers from the Russian Premier League will be allowed to unilaterally suspend their contracts at Russian clubs until the summer of 2023.

Ejuke is expected to link up with his new teammates in Burton-upon-Trent, not far from Birmingham upon the completion of the medical test.

The 24-year-old has scored 10 goals and recorded eight assists in 55 league appearances for CSKA Moscow
