David Seaman warns Arsenal against signing Ronaldo

Arsenal legend, David Seaman, has warned his former club against signing Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo in the January transfer window amid the ongoing 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

Seaman said he doesn’t want to see Ronaldo join Arsenal because he doesn’t know what is happening with the player’s attitude.

Ronaldo is currently a free agent after his contract with Man United was terminated last month.

The 37-year-old has been linked with Arsenal, Chelsea, Sporting Lisbon and some clubs in Saudi Arabia.

“I know I went on Piers Morgan show and said I would have him [Ronaldo]. I don’t think I would now if I’m honest,” Seaman was quoted by Metro UK as saying.

“I don’t know what’s happening with his attitude. That is why I don’t want to see him at Arsenal, as harmony at the club is brilliant.”
