Former Tottenham Hotspur star, Darren Bent has named Arsenal’s Leandro Trossard as the best signing of the January transfer window.
Giving his take on the winter transfer window, Bent picked the player whose deal was perfect.
Bent was asked who the best signing of the window was during an interview with talkSPORT.
To which the Arsenal fan said: “But the one for me that makes sense, I like Trossard at Arsenal. If you think about the signing, good player – very good player, exceptional.
“I’ve gone Trossard or Mudryk, but I didn’t really want to put him in because he ditched Arsenal!
“I’ve gone for Trossard, it makes sense, good signing, but do you know who was close? Weston McKennie for Leeds.
“I nearly opted for him, but no, I’ve gone for Leandro Trossard.”
