Jigawa State High Court 4 sitting in Dutse has sentenced one Isa Ahmad to 15 years imprisonment for raping his friend’s wife.
Delivering the judgement, Justice Ahmed Muhammad Abubakar said the suspect was arraigned before the court for the offence of house trespass and rape.
He said the offence is contrary to Section 282 and 348 respectively.
In his judgement, Justice A. M. Abubakar said the prosecution counsel proved his case beyond a reasonable doubt.
