Be conscious of your religious obligations in the Holy land; Governor Ododo tasks 2024 Muslim pilgrims from Kogi State

The Kogi state governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, has admonished the pilgrims from Kogi state for the 2024 Hajj exercise to be conscious of their religious obligations in the Holy land of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The Governor who stated this , while addressing the 460 pilgrims from the state who would be performing the 2024 Hajj, to pray for themselves, their parents and be conscious of their religious obligations to Allah.

The Governor who was represented by the SUBEB chairman , Abdulrazaq Muhammed, also charged them to pray for Kogi State and the nation for Allah’s intervention in the numerous challenges faced by the country.

He called on them to pray for the state and federal government, so that God will guide them alright.

The Governor gave each of the 460 pilgrims the Sum of 100 dollars.

According to the Kogi Hajj Commission, the pilgrims had arrived the Abuja Hajj camp Wednesday morning for their unward journey to the holy land.
