Suspected bandits on Wednesday, allegedly blocked the Kachia highway in Tashan-Iche village, Chikun local government area of Kaduna State and kidnapped some travellers.
One of the travellers who escaped narrowly, Mr. Shuaibu Eneojo told Journalists in Kaduna on Wednesday that the bandits attacked motorists around 7.00am and kidnapped some persons travelling the route at the time.
He alleged that most workers going to Kajuru, returned home following the road blockage.
Kaduna Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Mohammed Jalige, is yet to confirm the alleged attack.
