Ata Igala Honours Tinubu’s Daughter, Salisu, 10 Others With Chieftaincy Titles

The Ata Igala and President of the Kogi State Traditional Council of Chiefs, His Royal Majesty Matthew Opaluwa Ogwuche, Akpa II, has conferred chieftaincy titles on 12 deserving individuals, including Alhaji Salisu EneOjima Yaqub Abubakar and Dr. (Mrs) Mujaidat Folasade Tinubu-Ojo, daughter of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and Iyaloja General of Nigeria.

Also honoured are Sheikh Hassan Mikalu Abejukolo; Alh. Idris Gobina; Col. Dr. Barr. Carl Haruna Dalud Onalo; Dr. Julius S. S. Amaga; Alh. Rufai Yahaya; Air-Commododore Lami Musa; Barr. S. I. Ameh (SAN); Dr. Isaiah Daniel; Col. Ikani Anderson Mudi Enemaku ;Alh. Baba Ali. The event marked the Ata’s second year on the throne of his ancestors.

The Ata Igala’s gesture embodies the spirit of philanthropy, recognising individuals who have made significant impacts in their communities.

Alhaji Salisu, a humble and devoted philanthropist, expressed gratitude to Almighty Allah and emphasized the importance of sharing blessings with others. His friends and confidants praised his kindness, generosity, and commitment to helping others.

Dignitaries present at the ceremony included the Etsu of Nupe, Ejeh of Dekina, Ejeh of Ofu, Onu Ankpa, and top government officials.
