Appeal Court Victory: Chairman Kogi Projector for Good Governance, Ohinoyi Congratulates Governor Ododo

The chairman of kogi Projector for Good Governance, Isah David Ohinoyi, has congratulated His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, on his well-deserved victory at the Court of Appeal.

The Chairman also congratulated His Excellency, the Deputy Governor of Kogi State, Comrade Joel Salifu Oyibo, as well as all the elected and appointed party stalwarts and supporters of the Continuity and Consolidation administration on this notable conquest.

He described the appellate court’s verdict for rightfully upholding the judgement of the Election petition Tribunal as victory for the nation’s democracy and a reaffirmation of the responsibility of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to act as an unbiased umpire.

The chairman added that “kogi Projector is grateful to God Almighty for this significant occasion, and delighted that the unnecessary litigation has not stopped His Excellency’s dedication to delivering the dividends of democracy to the people of Kogi State.

He prayed that God in His infinite mercy will continue to guide and protect him as he works tirelessly to provide good governance for the State.
