Alleged fraud; BN Ceramics Industry Nigeria Limited, distance self from activities of fraudsters.

BN Ceramics Industry Nigeria Limited, Ajaokuta in Kogi State has distanced itself from the activities of some alleged fraudsters parading themselves as agents of the company, thereby defrauding some unsuspecting innocent Nigerians.

In a statement by Salihu A. Mohammed, on behalf of the Managing Director of BN Ceramics Industry Nigeria Limited, noted that the activities of these fraudsters who go by the name of Mr. Jacob Harrison and MR. Ephriam Akpaufon has led unsuspecting Nigerians into losing millions of Naira to the criminals by way of pretentious claims of being Marketers of the Company, BN Ceramics Industry Nigeria Limited.

The statement added that BN Ceramics Industry Nigeria Limited Disclaims and Disassociates itself wholly from all activities of the said Mr. Harrison Jacob, Mr. Ephriam Akpaufon and any unauthorized person or persons in respect of their fraudulent Acts, stealing and illegal use of it’s Brand Name, use of fake Websites by them, Fake Bank Accounts claimed to be domiciled with WEMA BANK and any person or persons they may have had any business or personal relationship.

According to the statement, the company, BN Ceramics Industry Nigeria Limited, has not and did not authorize them to act on it’s behalf, use it’s name or serve as agents in the Business of Sales and distribution of it’s products.

“In the light of this recurrent criminality by way of using our Brand Name to commit this serious criminal Acts of duping innocent Nigerians, we decided to publish DISCLAIMERS in the Nigerian Media Space in addition to our Letters to the relevant Agencies as sated above.

“By this Press Statement therefore, BN Ceramics Industry Nigeria Limited Disclaims All the Activities of these Cyber Criminals as we have no relationship with them whatsoever.

“The General Public is enjoined to note that: Our Company’s correct identities are as stated below: BN Ceramics Industry Nigeria Limited, 168, Itobe-Ajaokuta High Way, Ajaokuta. And NOT: BN Ceramics Industry, Ajaokuta, they are parading.

“Our Company Proforma Invoices are NEVER typed but handwritten. Our Company does NOT have an On-Line Transaction WEB Links for Sales of our Products.

“We do not have any Banking Relationship with WEMA Bank as claimed by the Fraudsters. We do NOT know MR. HARRISON JACOB and MR. EPHRIAM AKPAUFON or ANY PERSON related to the Web Links and the purported WEMA Bank Accounts 847-067-6176 and 929-782-5981 or any of such Accounts as they are NOT acting with our Permission or authority.

The Company therefore, called on any Nigerian interested in buying any of it’s Products to relate with their Accredited Distributors across Nigeria Physically and the company Marketing Team in the Factory directly and not through any Online Website Links.
