Ajaokuta Chairman, Ajaokuta Reps candidate Abdulraheem, Assembly candidate, NEMA, SEMA Flag-off Palliatives for flood Victims in Ajaokuta

The Executive Chairman of Ajaokuta, Local Government Area, (LGA), Akaaba Aliyu Mustapha, the APC Candidate for House of Representatives Hon Sanni Egidi Abdulraheem and Kogi House of Assembly candidate, Hon Jibril Abu joins NEMA and SEMA to flag off the palliative distribution for flood victims the area.

The flag off programme took place at Gadumo Primary school which is the temporary IDP centre hosting the victim affected in the area.

The Ajaokuta Council Boss in company of the APC candidates officially unveils the welfare packages provided to cushion the efffects of the flood.

The Chairman assured the people that Governor Yahaya Bello, in conjunction with NEMA and SEMA is committed to catering for the needs of all the victims.

He also announce 10 million donations to the victims of Ajaokuta by a generous humanitarian in the state, Hon Murtala Ajaka.

The chairman admonish the people to embrace APC Candidates for their commitments, which has distinguish them from their contemporaries who only come to your community only to canvass for votes.

He assure the people that APC Led Administration will continue to render help to all victims during post effect of flooding that shall arise after this period.

The APC Candidate for House of Representative, Hon Sanni Abdulraheem while speaking said “You are all our people, even before we aspire to contest elections, you have been seeing us as an when the need arise, you will continue to see us before election, during election and after election.

“We will always be with you during your pains and good times that is why I came earlier before today to donate the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand to Gadumo community, generosity is our doctrine. He added.

In a separate remark, Hon Jibril Abu, the APC Candidate for House of Assembly reiterated their commitment to humanitarian services. We are here to give you hope, trust our ability to do more and we shall continue to do more, he said.
