Operatives of Osun Amotekun Corps have arrested a 25-year-old man, Mumini Oseni, for alleged attempted kidnapping in Osogbo.

The suspect was arrested on Saturday while attempting to kidnap a young girl around Obanisola Street, Powerline area, Osogbo.

It was alleged that Oseni gave the young girl a N50 note, and she raised an alarm which attracted the attention of her mother.

Confirming Oseni’s arrest, the Corps Commander of Amotekun in Osun, Brigadier General Bashir Adewinmbi, said the suspect fled the scene before luck ran against him.
