Chelsea forward, Timo Werner, is set for a shock move to Premier League rivals, Newcastle United.
According to Bild, Newcastle are willing to take Werner off Chelsea’s hands this summer.
Werner has had a rough ride at Stamford Bridge of late, but Newcastle are seemingly ready to hand him a Premier League lifeline.
Newcastle United will have to battle RB Leipzig and Juventus, who are also interested in the Germany international.
Werner joined Chelsea for £47million in the summer of 2020.
Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel, is keen to overhaul his attack this summer, but that may not be possible without the sale of Werner and the likes of Hakim Ziyech.
