Tunnel of dark economy getting better – Tinubu

President Bola Tinubu has said that the tunnel of dark economy in the country is getting better.

The president made this statement on Wednesday at the All Nigeria Editor Conference, ANEC, held in Abuja.

He equally said that editors has dealt with him during the early stages of his administration.

Tinubu commended the media in their role in shaping national development.

“If I lool back at the time I first assumed office and the way you all dealt with me over subsidy removal, floating of our exchange rate, removing the corruption in the society and the opportunity blocked against corrupt people, we should celebrate that today that the tunnel of darkness is getting better,” the president said.
