Junior Lokosa was left almost speechless after scoring a brace for Sporting Lagos in the 3-0 win against his former club, Kano Pillars.
Lokosa had a memorable time with the Sai Masu Gida during the 2018 Nigeria Premier Football League season.
He netted 19 times to win the top scorer award during that campaign.
The 30-year-old, who did not celebrate after scoring the two goals, admitted it was a tough moment for him.
“I felt very happy scoring for my team Sporting Lagos, Kano Pillars is also my team,” he told newsmen in Lagos
“The name I have today is from Kano Pillars, it is emotional for me and I feel pained but this is my job.
“I want to appreciate the fans for the support throughout the encounter.”
Lokosa has scored three goals this season.
