Arsenal defender, Gabriel Magalhaes has sided with Argentina’s Lionel Messi in the GOAT debate between the Inter Miami captain and his longtime rival, Cristiano Ronaldo.
It has become football’s most intriguing debate as players, pundits, managers and fans all weigh in on the question: Ronaldo or Messi?
Some argue in favour of the Portugal captain while others are in Messi’s corner.
However, Magalhaes is the latest player to give his take on the rivalry between two of the greatest players in football history.
The Brazilian was asked by ESPN which of Messi and Ronaldo he prefers to which he simply responded: “Messi.”
Both Messi and Ronaldo have dominated the game for over 15 years.
