Youth groups across the nation today stormed the public space,demanding for a presidential aspiration of General WT Gbot (rtd).
General Gbor was the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in the 2019 general elections.
The groups, under the coordination North for credible elections, have taken their demand simultaneously across the nation.
Town hall meetings, door-to-door campaigns via word of mouth, and in some instances, peaceful demonstrations.
From Barnawa, Kaduna the agitations for Gen. Gbor presidency have continued to build momentum.
Abdullahi, the convener of the groups’ agitations hinted Global News Paper exclusively, that ” if the nations must return to sanity, a man in the stature of Gen. Gbor needs to be The saddle” . adding that; ” the vast experience and discipline of the retired general is needed to indeed make the nation great again”.
Meanwhile, as the calls on Gen. Gbor to contest for the presidency continues to spread across the nation, the General, until he makes a formal presentation, we keep watching as it all unfolds.
