All the so-called social media feminists were silent when Natasha faced this humiliation. Back in 2019, when she ran for governorship, she was booed and called derogatory names simply because she was a woman daring to enter politics.
The same women were used to insult and discredit her then, and the same thing has happened again. Women are often the easiest tools used to tear down other women instead of supporting one another. I feel for her, especially as a father of a daughter who I know will go far in life and may one day aspire to a high position in government. I would never want her to endure such treatment just because of her gender.
It pains me that men could sit back and humiliate their colleague without even conducting a proper investigation.
It’s even more painful that the accused sat and chaired the “Last Supper” meeting, as if nothing had happened. This is the reality of our country—where people can be bought so easily when money is involved.
It’s high time influential personalities hire professional PR experts to manage their image because, in this society, the innocent are becoming the victims, while the guilty walk free.
It’s now obvious.
