The Member Representing Ajaokuta Federal Constituency in the Green Chamber of the National Assembly, Hon. Sanni Egidi Abdulraheem, has
expressed the deepest gratitude of his people to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, for his unwavering commitment to the revitalization of the Ajaokuta Steel Complex.
The House of Representatives member, stated this when he led elected, appointed officials , traditional rulers and other members of his constituent on visit to the steel complex.
His visit conicided with the coming of the the Russians who were in Ajaokuta Steel complex for the technical audit of the plant in preparation for the rehabilitation of the ailing steel plant
He commended the management led by Ismaila Aka’aba and Staff of the company for keeping the equipment at the steel plant in good health and for keeping the spirit of making Ajaokuta Steel company functional alive.
His words;
It was an honor, and with great joy in my heart, I lead a distinguished delegation of elected officials, appointed persons in office, traditional rulers, and our esteemed community leaders on a courtesy call to the Ajaokuta Steel Complex. Our visit marked with welcoming the team of Russian engineers who arrived just a few days ago to commence the crucial technical audit of the complex.
We express our deepest gratitude to His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, for his unwavering commitment to the revitalization of the Ajaokuta Steel Complex. Our heartfelt thanks also go to the Minister of Steel Development, Shiabu Abubakar Audu and His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo, for their steadfast dedication to this monumental task.
In addition, I want to extend my sincere appreciation to the management staff and union members Your relentless dedication and hard work have kept the spirit of this great project alive.
As we stand on the brink of a massive transformation, I urge all constituents of Ajaokuta Federal Constituency to extend a warm and hospitable welcome to the engineers. Let us ensure they receive the support they need to carry out their work efficiently and effectively.
Together, we are paving the way for a brighter future for Ajaokuta and Nigeria at large. This is more than just the revival of a steel complex; it is the revival of hope, progress, and economic empowerment for our people.
