Rivers United are close to sealing a deal for Lobi Stars forward Joseph Atule.
The deal would see Atule earn around N450,000 per month.
Rivers United are on the verge of agreeing personal terms with the powerful striker.
The versatile forward scored five goals and registered five assists in 17 league appearances for Lobi Stars last season.
Atule impressed during the Nigeria Premier League Super Six playoffs despite Lobi Stars finishing last on the table.
Rivers United are keen to bolster their squad as they compete on three fronts next season.
