Obidients have received consolation prize – Doyin Okupe congratulates Alex Otti

Former Director General of the Labour Party Presidential Campaign Organisation, Doyin Okupe, has congratulated Alex Otti for emerging winner of Abia State governorship election.

Earlier reported that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, on Wednesday declared Otti winner of the poll on Wednesday.

Otti, candidate of the Labour Party, polled 175,467 votes to defeat his closest rival, Okey Ahiwe of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, who garnered 88,529 votes.

Reacting, Okupe tweeted, “Congratulation Obidients.

“Finally we have received a consolation prize in the victory of Alex Otti in Abuja State. Glory be to the most high God.”
