Political criminals, we’ll come after you – Yahaya Bello warns opponents

‎Former Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello has warned “political criminals” in the state to prepare to face the consequences of their actions.

‎Bello made the remark in a video sighted by DAILY POST while addressing supporters.

‎

‎According to the former governor, individuals engaging in what he termed political criminality, particularly in Kogi Central, would no longer be tolerated.

‎

‎

‎Although he did not mention any individual by name, Bello said those who considered themselves targets of his remarks should examine their actions.

‎

‎He also expressed confidence in the leadership of Kogi State Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo and President Bola Tinubu, saying they would lead the state and the country to the “Promised Land.”

‎

‎He said: “The political criminals within us in Kogi State, get ready. The political criminals within Kogi Central, get ready.

‎

‎We are coming after you.

‎

‎“I didn’t mention anybody’s name. If you found yourself to be that political enemy, that political criminal, criminality is criminality; you cannot tell me that as a result of campaign, that is political season, you use your mouth to malign me, I’ll come against you.

‎

‎“Old time is gone. This is a new era, and by the grace of God, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo and President Bola Amed Tinubu will lead us to the Promised Land.”
